I’m the heart behind Selflavie.
This space slowly became what I needed myself —
a place for reconnecting with the body, calming the nervous system, and rebuilding the emotional safety we may not have grown up with.
For a long time, I thought self-love simply meant being kinder to myself.
But over time I realized something deeper: self-love struggles to take root where the body does not feel safe.
Selflavie lives in that space.
I love slow mornings, forests, tea, and quiet walks among trees.
Many of my reflections begin there.
On Instagram I share gentle reminders and small resets.
